Synopsis:

Suffering from paranoid personality disorder, romantasy novelist June Jasmine Johns believes her girlfriend Amy has been cheating on her. When Amy tries to leave, June’s struggle to stop her ends with Amy dead. With a record of domestic disturbance calls, knowing no one will believe it was an accident, she buries Amy in the backyard and tries to get on with life.

A month later all she wants is to be left alone to finish her latest book, but guilt and depression overwhelm her. Deadlines have come and gone. After one particularly troubling phone call, her publisher and friend, Tom, becomes worried. Stuck at a business dinner he sends his assistant, Chloe, to check on her, little knowing that Chloe is the source of jealousy that lead to Amy’s death.

Faced with the person June blames for the tragic accident, her mind breaks. Reality and fantasy mix with deadly results, not just for Chloe, but for everyone else who comes over.

A mad collaboration between two slightly off kilter brains. Guinevere Turner, writer of “AMERICAN PSYCHO” and “CHARLIE SAYS” and Jane Clark, Writer/Director of “CRAZY BITCHES” and “METH HEAD”

Topanga Canyon, California
